Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• “Founding Membership” means a one-time, limited-quantity membership purchased prior to the public opening of Pang! Pickleball, providing time-limited benefits as described on the website.

• “Facility Opening” / “Opening Date” means the official date on which Pang! Pickleball opens to the general public for court bookings and paid play.

• “Activation” means the point in time when Founding Membership benefits become active, which occurs on the Facility Opening date.

• “Benefits” means any discounts, booking privileges, or other perks offered to Founding Members during the 12-month period following Activation, as described on the website at the time of purchase.

• “Standard Rates” means the regular public pricing for court bookings and services applicable after the 12-month Founding Membership benefit period ends.

1. One-Time Founding Memberships

Founding Memberships are a one-time purchase and are offered in limited quantities. Once sold out, Founding Memberships will not be re-offered.

Founding Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual, family members, or corporate users registered under the account at the time of purchase.

2. Activation and Duration of Benefits

Founding Membership benefits activate once Pang! Pickleball is fully open and operational to the public.

​

Any Founding Membership discounts or special booking privileges apply for a maximum of 12 months from the official Opening Date. After this 12-month period, all bookings and services will be charged at Standard Rates.

3. Benefits

Founding Membership benefits are as described on the Pang! Pickleball website at the time of purchase and may include discounted court rates and/or priority booking access during the first 12 months after Opening.

 

Benefits may be updated prior to Opening to reflect operational realities. No specific court times or availability are guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

Founding Memberships are refundable at any time, before or after Activation, subject to a $50 processing fee per membership refunded.

​

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

​

5. Delays or Changes Prior to Opening

The planned Opening Date is an estimate and may change due to construction, permitting, or other unforeseen factors. By purchasing a Founding Membership, you acknowledge that delays may occur.

If Pang! Pickleball does not open, members may request a refund of their Founding Membership purchase price in full.

6. Booking Rules

All members are subject to Pang! Pickleball’s Court Booking Policies in effect at the time of booking. Founding Membership status does not guarantee court availability.

7. Privacy

By purchasing a Founding Membership, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with Pang! Pickleball’s Privacy Policy, as published on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
